You can amend your policy before you travel for a range of adjustments, such as contact details, travel dates and destinations, by logging into the Policy Manager portal (using your policy number, DOB and a six-digit code sent to your nominated mobile phone).

Epidemics and Pandemics

The way we once travelled is no longer, with the highs and lows the world has experienced with the COVID-19 pandemic, the travel insurance industry has evolved with new demands.

The Click Online Travel Insurance product has a general exclusion, with limited exceptions, against epidemics and pandemics. That means we don’t cover claims that arise from, or are related to, an epidemic or pandemic. However, Click Online Travel Insurance offers cover under selected benefits if, during your period of cover, you are positively diagnosed as suffering a sickness recognised as an epidemic or pandemic, such as COVID-19.

Refer to the Product Disclosure Statement to see which benefits offer cover in the event that you contract a sickness recognised as an epidemic or pandemic, and the terms, conditions, limits and exclusions that apply. In addition, if a COVID-19 border closure or mandatory quarantine period prevents you from travelling or requires you to shorten your journey while travelling, you may be entitled to cancel your policy and receive a partial or full premium refund; refer to the Product Disclosure Statement for terms and conditions.

The Single Cover

This type of cover offers coverage for you and your dependents named on the Certificate of Insurance who are aged under 25 years, not employed full-time and will be with you for 100% of your journey.

Depending on your travel arrangements and the plan you choose; a cover type will be assigned to your plan. You can identify your benefit limits based on your assigned covered type.

The Duo Cover

This type of cover offers coverage for you and your travelling companion named on the Certificate of Insurance who is not a dependant and will be with you for at least 75% of your journey.

Depending on your travel arrangements and the plan you choose; a cover type will be assigned to your plan. You can identify your benefit limits based on your assigned covered type.

The Family Cover

This type of cover offers coverage for you, your spouse or partner, and your dependants named on the Certificate of Insurance who are aged under 25 years, not employed full-time and will be with you for 100% of your journey.

Hitting the snow slopes? You may be eligible to add a Snow Pack to be covered for snow sport activities such as amateur skiing, snowboarding, sledding, tobogganing, or tubing. A Snow Pack covers overseas snow sport emergency assistance, loss or damage to equipment, and more*.

Cruise Pack

Heading on a sea or ocean cruise?
Add a Cruise Pack to be covered for medical costs on board, ship to shore evacuation, pre-paid shore excursion cancellation, cabin confinement and more*.

Adventure Pack

Looking to do adventure activities?
You may be eligible to add an Adventure Pack to your plan to be covered for a wide range of adventure activities including riding motorcycles, mopeds and scooters, quad biking, zip lining, river tubing, animal handling, and much more*.

Increased Item Limits Cover

Are you travelling with high value items?
To increase the item limit for higher-value items, add Increased Item Limits Cover to your plan, so your item is covered for its value, should it be stolen, lost or damaged*.
